The name says it all. Cardio Ab-Use is an aerobic, high-intensity, calorie-burning workout focused on increasing your cardiovascular fitness along with strengthening your midsection from abdominal & mid to lower back muscles. Great fun and guaranteed to make you sweat.

A bodywork technique that involves applying pressure to tender muscle tissue. Trigger Point Therapy has proven effective in helping diminish swelling and stiffness of neuromuscular pain, and relieving tension. Stretching and aromatherapy round out the treatment.
